Hi-Tech provides the full range of architectural and consulting engineering services primarily in Feasibility Studies, Master Planning, Design, Specifications, Cost Estimates, Preparation of Drawings and Contract Documents, Construction Inspection Supervision and Management, and other engineering related services for infrastructure facilities.
