We understand that unrealistic seller and buyer expectations are a major reason why many deals fall apart. Commercial finance is another primary focus of our business and we have been intimately involved in arranging financing from commercial lenders (including banks, private investors & insurance companies) for many deals. We are in the habit of performing a complete underwriting package that is conducted to the same level as commercial banks and private lenders. This combination of practical underwriting experience and analytical skills is especially beneficial in determining the market valuation of businesses and to the buying and selling process.
